daVinci Capital Group is an investment firm focused on gaining substantial minority ownership in microCap public companies in selected technology sectors. We invest our own capital while actively working with senior management and the Board to jointly develop and execute growth strategies including synergistic business combinations with other microCap and later-stage private companies.
Our objective is to act as a catalyst for growing these microCaps into smallCap companies with significantly higher valuations and greater liquidity. We do this only in a cooperative working manner and do not take hostile or “Activist” positions or tactics.
